One more issue... strange fuel tank issue..
Again on our 1998 M1113 A2..
On our first complete fuel tank fill up...
After the pump shut off, it seems about 1/8 or so of a gallon spilled out from under the vehicle..
We have not had a chance to look into this fully yet but wonder if this is a potential leak from a hose connecting the fuel filler tube to the tank? (the small volume of lost fuel makes me think this...)
Has anyone every seen this type of thing before or does anyone have any ideas about this?

Jazz,
Often the top plate seal on the tank leaks on our trucks.
So if you over fill, the fuel goes up the filler neck and creates enough "Head" for the seal to leak.
Also, the equalisation tube, Which runs between the front of the tank and the rear to allow air to move can become loose or worn and cause the problem you describe.
This type of leak is a very common Humvee issue.
Mine used to do it, but when I fitted a new A2 tank with all new seals it got better!
cheers
