4-man rear curtain.
It has the covers for the 3-point seat belt brackets. They seam to have a strap sewn over them in case they are not needed. Cut the strap off and use the pouches. There is also clear vinyl sewn in those two areas. Can anyone tell me what the clear material is for?

The clear material your talking about is that on the inside or outside of the rear cover? Not that it really matters but my thought is that the clear vinyl is simply cheaper to use since it would be cut off and thrown away...?
I vaugley remember cutting mine out for the rears, then I never used or installed the 3 points in back
