I believe Green Zenthane is a rare form of Green Kryptonite!

Would you believe....

Actually 383 Green Zenthane appears to be a poyurethane paint by the MSDS sheet:

http://kauai.hawaii.edu/msds/files/cjh/cjhwf.html

It appears to be used on Ground support equipment (GSE) so I'm not sure it its atually a CARC.
You could call the manufacturer Hentzen (414-353-4200) and ask them what hardner is required etc..
Unless that was with it in your gargage too.

Cheers
