Scott (notdads) Stolen HMMWV Adventure

Post by Kurt Lesser » Sun Sep 03, 2006 7:51 pm

After a long day beating the beast we all get careless sometimes. Here's the outcome of Scott's (notdads) errant HMMWV adventure at the hands of unknowns. Let's keep this as a reminder that security is still needed even in the best areas. People just want to have a chance to drive one of these things. It's up to all of us to make sure that doesn't happen without our knowledge.

Obviously whoever took it had no idea of what it's capable of. We'd probably have just backed up the hill!

Scott (notdads) Stolen Humvee Adventure

Post by lkgindy » Mon Sep 04, 2006 12:45 pm

From looking at the pictures, it does not look like the body itself has any damage. Hopefully, there is no frame damage. Since I doubt that the thief really knows anything about Humvee's, I wonder why they would take the doors and leave the rest of the truck basically intact?

I have access to almost any part needed so get in touch if I can help.
