You need a .50 cal T&E on that.. The mount doesnt hook directly to the weapon. Looks real nice!!!!!!

I Have a T&E, The way you see it is correct when used as a travel lock. It does allow for a quick employement if the weapon is in travel mode.I personally have seen it in use this way....You are correct that the TM also allows for the .50 T&E as well...this would be the Correct way...the book way.

The Beauty of the Mk64 Mount is the versatility, as you know you can use the UPA and just about abouit any of the Weapons currently in use.

All you need to do now is get some 40mm casings and links and get them dummied up.

Let me know if you find a source for the catch bags and frame. I need one for my MK64 set up... I know we didnt use them alot when I was in, but it's nice to have all the pieces...

I already have 15 40mm linked with the blue headed Dummy Rounds.
I need to find about 5 or six Correct 40mm ammo cans marked correctly.
I have 50 spent 40mm casings i just got from someone on this list for 35.00 shipped, I will use those for the Display at the shows.

I don't think I have ever seen the spent case bags....I agree, just makes for the realness of it all...I will be on the look out for a few....

Got any pics of your Truck?

Which style of the cans are you looking for? The 40mm specific short long ones that hold 32 rounds?? or the bigger 20mm style "the Army puts all kinds of ammo in it" cans? I got the short long ones off of ebay a few weeks ago. Correctly marked for HE and 01 dated, with pristine markings. They fit .50 cal ammo very well also!

Very nice setup but those bolts sticking up from the roof look painfull! Dought the army would have done it that way.

Those nuts you see are on the inside of the hatch. The hatch is open in the photo, so you see the ends of the bolts sticking up.

That is exactly how they come from the MFG, That hatch is Brand new, You see the nuts and bolts so clearly cuz they have not been painted over yet.
As Action Says, the pic is seen with the Hatch open.
