Are you replacing the 3 bases? Two rear and driver?

What did you receive? Any Kit part number? The front seat kit comes with two seats, the installation hardware for the driver's side and the commanders side. The metal plate on the commanders side sits on top of the battery box lid with the angle at the rear and facing upwards. There is a bracket that gets riveted to the back side of the B Bean to hook the metal plate incase of front impact. This keeps the seat in place better than just attaching the seat to the fiberglass battery box lid.
On the drivers side, you need to completely remove the old seat and it's base assy. You then have to place the seat and base assy into the vehicle to decide if you have enough leg room. If you don't, you may decide to cut part of or all of the B Beam out so you can place the seat farther rearwards. If you don't want to do this, you can figure out how to place the brackets that attach to the floor in a position that allows more rearwards movement of the seat in case you decide to cut out the B Beam in the future. Make sure that the seat will clear any seat belt retractor before you start drilling holes for the seat base hardware.

Hi

I'm just fitting driver and passenger seat, I've spent most of today getting driver seat base out and making good paintwork,
Got passenger side fitted, I thought I'd start on easy side.
Now I've got to fix drivers side, the kit I bought had nuts and bolts and pop rivets.
Any thoughts on how to go about fixing drivers side, the instructions that came with the kit were as clear as mud, so badly copied from manufacture, can't make out much of dimension.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Attach the base, brackets, everything to the seat. Then place in truck. Mark and drill any holes you can for the base once seat is position. Remove everything. Drill the rest of your holes and secure base brackets. Then install the seat. The instructions are really good for this kit too.
