2 screws in bed

Anyone know what these two screws would be from? There are matching ones on the other side of the truck as well. Truck was originally a two man.

By the way if the pic is too big please let me know and I'll correct it. Looks fine from phone but I'm not near PC at the moment to see what it looks like from a computer.

Large footman loop for 4 man rear curtain. Requires 2, one each side.
