If you're talking bogart jack, yeah and I used it for the first time last week. Heavy as hell, but works great. I highly recommend it.

I don't have a manual, but you need to get the air out of the hose before you do any filling. Hold the cylinder with the hose down and open the turn valve. Any air will rise from the hose into the chamber in the cylinder. Then you can open the plug at the far end of the cylinder. The plug has a dipstick built into it, at least on the Bogerts that I have do. Then fill according to the dipstick. You might have to re check things, because there might be some air in the jack ram and that will mess the fluid level up a bit and if you can't fully lower the jack, you need to remove some oil from the pump cylinder. I just use any type of motor oil that I have around. New clean oil of course.
