Having done it solo, I can attest it was NOT fun. The ears and brackets stick out and the nose of the diff needs to be pointed up before you can raise and rotate the nose through the rear-front cross-member. The deep cover adds to the joy...

Soldier B is definitely required here.

Back from paint booth. It is black! Now the fun and progress begins! They even cleaned and painted my beater tires!

Looks like an assembly line in that photo.

Ted,
Why can't you install the e-brake bracket before the diff?
FYI, You can install and adjust the e-brake calipers through the bed holes.

I will Jason. It was not attached to the frame because is was carc black already. I know about the bed holes for adjusting as well. I was just pre-fitting stuff for a photo op since most have not seen this stuff.

After 2 weekends of work. I got the diffs with brakes set, half shafts, rear winch, drive train, some plumbing (waiting on correct loops and pipes). The cooling line from cross pipe is a PIA to install. You do need to remove the ac bracket and ip fuel return hose to fit it in. Filled hubs and diffs with lube. Rear Posi diff like my M1152A2.

I had to remove parts to get that cooling tube in, too.

I got the exhaust system and front propeller installed. Flushed the rear cooling lines and engine. Waiting on armor straps for the frame brackets and some other little items and then I will set the cooling stack. Getting close to moving it aside and finishing up the tub.
