Jack for HUMMER???

I just got a couple jacks that are in black heavy duty carry backs, the jacks are heavy. In the bag is a lug wrench, and a two piece jack handle.
The NSN is 5120013750070, is this a HUMMER jack assembly?

It sounds like the Hummer Jack, is it a scissor jack style?

The knob fitting on the top of it should fit directly into the lower A arm
