Maybe I am confused. Why would you want to buy a HMMWV to cut it up. Unless it is a total wreck. If this is what you mean by not bidding, I join your boycott sir.

Just the cost of "responsibly" disposing of the liquids and other hazmat items would be a big bucks.

If no one bids then they will eventually have to try to sell the Humvees and Roll Over Trainers in a different way, maybe not scrapping.

George, you can have all those camo things. I just want the inert explosives and one trainer. I will put up $12.50 plus 10% for my half.
