230 CI fuel pump needed
Looking for a new fuel pump for my 230 CI Dodge motor. Anyone have a source and part number for local purchase?

Commercially available will likely be Generic by Carter, it will not look the same. Is yours 2 Valve or 6late 6 Valve?

I'm interested in a pump that will bolt on and work. Truck was not originally equipped with a 230 engine. A part number to order would be great.

Go to your local NAPA, etc., give them this CARTER Number, M-2091. It is made for 40's 60's Dodge and has no glass bowl. The rocker arm is made odd as it is stamped and rides under the cam lobe. They work just fine, have sold 40-50 over the past 35 years.

OK, so months ago, I got this Carter M2091 pump. Can't see how that arm will work in place of the other pump pictured. The old pump has a metal tag under one of the screws that says M847. I'm guessing this is the pump number I need. I looked on line and the M847 looks just like my old pump.

Chris,
Thanks for that info. I already got a pump after I posted this from a local parts house. I checked eBay anyway and it seems the cheapest one listed is about $64. Mine was a little more than that, but I have it and it's already on the truck.
