Axles are wrong for a VC, and I think the bed & rear fenders(finders to the craigslisters') are International.
Wheel openings on the front FINDERS look too big for 2 wheel drive pickup, so may be VC or 1-1/2 and larger Dodge truck.
Ernie Baals could probably tell us.

I think it is a little of everything lol
Axels are WC 1/2 ton
Front clip looks looks like it might of come from a VF military 1 1/2. The front fenders are too big
The bed is not Dodge. i think the rear fenders are wc civilian. I would love to see some inside shots of the cab to see if it is military or not

looks somewhat like the dodge d15 Canadian pattern described on the dodge wackypedia site. maybe the grill was hacked out for the winch
