Re: M14 Directors Trailer
No item with that number up on Ebay.com as of now, sorry.
Can you post a direct link, please?
The M14 restored would be the perfect trailer for me, to be used as my camper. I'm in a wheelchair and the M14 is just the right height for me to ride in to. G

Re: M14 Directors Trailer
I just copy and pasted the number in the search link. Try this: WWII M14 Directors Trailer (142470465143)
Just FYI, I do not have the top. I only know of one in the US and one in Europe. there may be more, but I was never able to find one. Also I will only sell in the US as the post states. Paul

Nope, no M14 in sight, sorry. A bunch of 1:35 plastic models, etc, but no M14 trailer. A direct link would really be helpful

Re: M14 Directors Trailer
Thanks so much for the link. I don't know why I had such problems finding it.
Ebay has tried shutting us in Europe out from getting access to the vehicle listings on the site. We can only access the spare parts, and nothing else. I contacted Ebay and got the answer back that, "Shipping cars and vehicles is very expensive, and can at times be as much as the cost of the initial purchase".
Geehh, what ?!
We are apparently not grown enough to know what we're doing with our own money, and thus Ebay must chaperone us thru their website to protect us feeble minded Europeans from doing stupid deals? I'm amazed that you as sellers in the US don't react to this nonsense, as it excludes several hundred thousand potential buyers in Europe to finding your ads.
I've tried surfing thru VPN , and sometimes it works and I can get into the Motors section and surf around looking for military- and other vehicles.
I was looking for a Van, 9-seater Chevy Conversion, with a Braun or similar wheelchair lift on the side door. This is how I found out I was locked out of Ebay Motors listings.
I wonder how difficult it would be to replicate the house type body on the M14 trailer?. It doesn't seem to be too complicated looking from the outside. Sliding windows, and I suppose walls built out of plywood?
Hmmm, food for thought, me believes,
