It's not up to me. I hear in the UK they triple their money on them there.

Yes we do, crazy prices, but people just keep splashing out on them. Dont blame me, i wish that they were American prices, and the parts. Its a European problem also.

Here is some food for thought. Could you have a U.S. only price and a European price?
Probably could work if dealing with Europe buyer direct . Not have U.S. middleman buy
at lower price for European friend and then ship over. Just a thought.

Exactly, which is why we should consider that when selling jeeps and parts to the UK. Even with the logistical expenditures involved, guys in the UK make good money flipping jeeps they’ve purchased in the US. I’d rather see the extra money go to the seller and not some middle man.
There are a few of the well known US dealers who broker these vehicles to Europe also.

I saw a show car called wheeler dealers. They bought a 44 Willy's for 13k USD in California. Shipped it over the pond. It changed hands a couple times and sold for at least 25K USD in the UK.

Actually it was £28600, a crazy price, and i agree these middle men are making a fair buck out of it. Personally i do not agree with this, but people keep pushing prices up over here.

Old thread.... Just wondering where this jeep ended up at in England. It belonged to a friend of mine, who passed away.

It’s a shame that wheeler dealer guy didn’t know what he was buying, when he had a 42 body wIth the willyz stamped on rear panel on a 44 jeep,so I wounded if the new buyer picked this up
