arnstrong nut driver

hello
after looking at the metal hard to find 9/32 snap on nut driver i had to dig the one i had
it was a M110 armstrong nut driver that also can be use as an extension it has a female square in the
back of the driver both end are 9/32 i beleive to be pre WWII and hard to find
i would like someone to coment on this tool

These Armstrong drivers are difficult to find, but not impossible. This is my Plomb WF 9/32" drive set, with an Armstrong M110 in place of the much rarer Plomb WF-6. Unfortunately the tommy bar for the WF-7 Breaker Bar doesn't fit the cross hole in the M110.

This set also has the only Plomb 9/32" drive item I have that isn't a WF part, a screwdriver bit.

hello
the armstrong i have does not have have a hole for cross barr
only a female 9/32 square on top for a ratchet or another extension

Here's my M110, you can see the hole in the handle, there's one each side.

When I went and had a closer look at them there is no through hole, though. The holes in the outer handle are just the detent ball locations for locking the outer handle to the shaft. :oops:
