Help Wanted--Completing Snap On Master Service Set

Post by pjones » Mon Dec 18, 2017 4:47 pm

I came across this very cool '45 Snap On set at the fee market a couple of weeks ago. I usually don't spend much time looking at Snap On around here mostly because the local vendors always seem to want too much for it. This one was cheap and included the original K-80 Utility Case. It is missing a few pieces. Steve has kindly helped me find the extensions, a different style ratchet, and several of the missing sockets but I still need some help completing the set.

I still need the following if anyone has an extra:
-G stamped 1/2" drive 19/32, 1-1/16, and 1-1/8" sockets
-a nut spinner NS 18

I've got a Snap-On NS-18 with a cadmium finish and a 1942 date code, Phil. I thought I had photos of it posted here somewhere already but apparently not. If you're interested, let me know, and I'll email you.

Phil,

If it helps, I've got a 1944-dated 1-1/8".

Thanks Bill! That works. Let me know what you want for it or what I could trade you for it.

Thanks Bill! The socket arrived today and I've already put it in the set.
