I have a pair of Boker 41-S-2806 with that logo but I was never sure of the date, either. You might take a quick look at this thread if you haven't already.

You could also look at the examples on Todd's site if you are looking for GMTK correct snips.

There may have been other style snips used in other sets but I haven't really researched them myself.
