I Edited & also attached a picture of the compass to eliminate any confusion. I certainly didn't want to mislead & be contacted by anyone who has a Weasel Hull, Stuart Hull, Sherman Hull, Hellcat Hull or Jackson Hull they may be looking to get rid of, & Since I don't live on the ocean I'm also not looking for a PT Boat Hull. Destroyer Hull. Battleship Hull (any class) or even an Aircraft Carrier Hull I'm sure a few were missed.. Feel Free to add to the list any other non-mentioned Hulls I'm not Looking for. or Any Hull's that you may be interested in that are not mentioned here. I will not take offense if someone is connected with the Hull of their dreams Thanks in Advance for the help. Mike

You could try this company as I believe they used to sell the brackets (expensive!)
www..
For mine I modified a small camera ball joint bracket similar to this;

that compass is the scout car and early half track compass.....not for the Sherman or Hellcat whi9ch sued the much larger Pioneer compass with a large bracket with braces on the hull roof.
Try scout car rod at 602-421-0858 probably doesn't have any compasses but may have a bracket.

Roy Cowdery's "All American Wonder" VOL 2 Page 212 shows the measurements of
three types of Hull Compass brackets. You can make one from these drawings.
I made up one of bracket #1 for my jeep. It was the easy one to build. If you need
full size copies of blue prints of these, PM me with your address and I will mail
you copies (6 pages). I have no way to post pictures here, but maybe you can post
to share with everyone. Mike N
