No, that has nothing to do with Harley XA. Harley XA numbers are -42. Never a XA.

I did some quick searching on the web and Alemite still makes this model grease gun. The modern specs mention that it is for high pressure applications and you screw the handle down to force the grease out. The specs also mention that it can be used for aircraft. Additionally, the modern hoses (that still look a bit like the vintage ones with Robins guns) mention they are for a button head grease fittings.
