Greetings.. New user here.. No vehicles (yet), but have deep interests in small generators and comms equipment.

FJ - If you are still looking for a fuel pump, I have one to donate. Unknown working condition (still mounted to a parts engine), but the internals should be common parts (AF series). PM your details, and I'll post it to you. There were over 200 different configurations of this genny. I have two unknown Army OTC-xx parts machines that i intend to make one runner, and one very clean operational Navy 120VAC/800Hz + 28VDC unit ( CDO-21647 for powering TBW type HF radio equipment ).
Cheers,

Forgot to note that the two spare fuel pumps that I have are missing the glass bowl piece.

Got some presents in last week.
Thanks for that gnucklehead!!!!

I quickly checked them, and it seems that will an overhaul kit I can make both of them workable.

1 is correctly marked for the Onan with the correct AC number on the flage.
Dated 1943.
Fuel pump needs some attention, new gaskets, valves and bowl.

the 2nd one, also has markings, but are unknown to me.
It should also fit, and also needs some attention, but is overall in perfect condition.

Will post pictures when one of them is installed.

Fuel pump mounted.

Only need 1 gasket (between the housing and the bowl).
And to fabricate a fuel line from the pump to the carb.
Still no fuel tank found, so I have to make something to use a jerrycan for the time being.

Thanks again for the pump(s) to gnucklehead

It is coming along very nice! The logo on that other pump almost looks like it could be Amco (AMC?), but I could not find that logo anywhere. That kind of pushrod actuator and glass-up orientation was used on some old Ford flatheads and Willy's, maybe others. I'm glad it's working.

Finally managed myself to work on the Onan again.
Set the ingnition a little bit later and now it is running a lot better.
Doing this means removing the generator from the frame which is the most work as it is pretty heavy.

Still looking for a fuel tank, somebody parting out an Onan from which I can buy the tank?

Below the small video of the unit running.
