MB solid copper head gasket

Is it possible to buy a solid copper head gasket for the MB engine? If so, where or who has them? I remember reading somewhere a while ago about someone who was making them...but can't seem to find it now. Thanks guys!

Look at these guys.

http://www.coppergaskets.us/

But I think that this type is a better gasket than solid copper. (IMO)

Victor, at one time made Copper Jeep cylinder head gaskets, they can be encountered on some PE-95 and Marine applications. I am looking for one.

The coppergasket.us gaskets appear to be solid but when I went to the link, it did not say they were. ??
The jeep42.com link is a wafer gasket. The top and bottom are copper but there is still a soft gasket in the center. Not solid copper.
Had a friend buy a "Copper" head gasket for his M-38. Not sure where he got it. When it came, it was like the Jeep 42.com gasket. Not solid and not what he wanted. He wanted solid copper. He installed it any way and so far, he has not mentioned any problems with it. The old, steel, wafer style gasket was seeping coolant, at spots, around the edges.

Mike. The Copper gaskets at Coppergaskets.us are definitely solid copper. I believe that is all that they make.

I went to their site that you posted but I have been bit in the past by a photo of something I thought I would get, only to find out the picture I saw was a file photo and what I got was something else.
