Trying to find out why my VEP GPW outer windshield frame is stamped with a H on the lower passenger side. It does not have the Ford script stamping that I can see. Anybody else have a H stamped on theirs??

At a whopping 2.98 KB, the photo is so SMALL, we can't see what you are talking about when we try to blow it up...it just gets blurry. If you can post something closer to 256 KB, the maximum g503 can handle, we can see what you mean.
However, as you know, windshields can be swapped around....but the script FORD logo on GPW windshields was not always visible, it could be hidden underneath the skin.

Re: VEP windshield frame stamping
OK...much better!
It could be a stamp from the tubing mfger, but I have a hunch that it is possible this is a repop windshield. Can you post a few more pics? The one above looks like a brand-new one to me. Post pics of the upper/outer frame corners from the front and of the bottom of the outer near where your pic was taken. If you turn it upside down and take a pic of where the arm meets the lower frame tubing and where the skin is bent around it and spot-welded perhaps we can confirm more of its pedigree.

Re: VEP windshield frame stamping
That won't be much help because I just put on a new panel (skin). I'm pretty sure it is original to the jeep. I did find some olive drab under the paint from previous owners. I had to rebuild sections of the outer frame because of rust holes under the old skin and there was also a lot of pitting. If there was a Ford stamp under the skin that maybe why I didn't see it.
