Need Clutch Replacement shop near Truckee CA 96161

Post by jwwax » Fri Mar 16, 2018 11:47 am

I'd like recommendations for a local (Truckee CA 96161) shop to replace clutch for my 1942 Willys MB. I would appreciate help on finding a trustworthy, reasonable shop for these repairs (vs. going to AAMCO or other transmission shop).
Thanks!

Jwwax,
Jimmy Strauss in Diamond Springs CA does engines and tranny/transfer cases for G 503 jeeps. Really knows his stuff. He just finished a total tranny/transfer complete for one of our jeep club )FVJG) member and rates his work as excellent. Has restored lots ov WW 2 vehicles You can look at his facebook post:
