WTK 1944 original or not Door snaps??

Post by waterdawg2004 » Sat Jan 20, 2018 4:17 pm

Do all WWII jeeps have door snaps or not. I have been looking at online pics and it is hard to tell. My 1944 MB does not have any? Also it does not have a heat riser in manifold, or torque reaction spring on the drivers side. Please advise and thanks for any info. See attached pics.

They all had door snaps from the factory
And yours also would have had the torque reaction spring

The body either had the half door snap holes filled in at one point, or it's repro. As Ernie said, all bodies came with the snaps out of the factory.
