leaking bolt on thermostat housing

Ok, after I run the engine and it cools, (Usually by the next morning) I have antifreeze around one of the bolts. I ran the engine until warm and drained the radiator below the level of the bolt and let the heat from the engine along with heat gun dry the hole. Cleaned the bolt and put aviation seal on the threads but does the same thing. Even when filling the radiator the bolt showed leakage. Is this the gasket needing replacement or why leak out of one bolt head?
