I cannot find this anywhere. Local guy claims it is a WWII siren. Anyone recognize it?

Might be WWII...post a pic of the tag, that might help...but it isn't anything I've ever seen on a jeep...something for a much larger vehicle I would imagine.

It is a Federal Model 28 Siren, does that help at all?

Alphado, those sirens were not fitted on MB/GPW jeeps, i seem to recall seeing similar on a Dodge WC though.
