GPW 22192 Speedometer

Post by Frankie » Mon Sep 11, 2017 7:13 pm

Just found out today that my GPW 22192 has a Motometer Speedometer. Could it be original to the jeep or a replacement?

Is it a long or short needle? Most GPW's in your serial number range would have had a long needle Stewart Warner or a long needle Motometer. If you have a long needle Motometer then it could be original to your vehicle. Others will chime and and confirm or refute.

No Motometer for the GPW. Along needle SW or a long needle King Seeley wouldn't be correct .

Ah, I meant to say "long needle Stewart Warner or King Seeley"! Had Motometer on the brain....thanks for correcting me Chuck!
