Hey guys, you are awsome!
Took out my bushing driver set and some sockets, vise and out it was.
ID of the brake pedal arm is between 1.077" and 1.087". As you already said, the hole seems to be centered.
So which size of bushing should I source.
Bushing ID has to be 1"
Bushing OD as Alan said in one of his posts 1.125"?
I do have an adjustable hand reamer set (never used it). Is it possible to ream a hole in cast iron from 1.077" to 1.120" or does the hole have to be drilled?

The TB is a little confusing.
In one section it states that both bushes are the same apart from there length
with an id of 1" and an OD of 1.20" and a wall thickness of 0.10" which would make sense.
however further reading reveals a different OD of 1.064"
The only constant is the 1" ID
in your case I`d be inclined to measure the OD in your pedal and try source a bush
other option would be to take the pedal and shaft to a local machine shop so they can turn one up for you.
I would not ream out the pedal to much it would only weaken it
I refer to Jpeg 3 sec (d) and Jpeg 6 sec (d) jpegs as listed from bottom of post to the top

You've confused the first option with the second option.
Option 1 is to fabricate a new bracket from scratch and bush the pedal to 1.2" OD
Option 2 is to reem and bush the original bracket and brake pedal to 1.064" OD.
2 different repair soloutions.

My aim was not to add to the confusion merely to bring to attention the TB differences or errors.
The OP will have to make a judgement on the condition of the shaft
At the point the pedal contacts the shaft as well as where it passes through the chassis bracket.
If it`s helpful Ron stocks the chassis bracket as well as the shaft of course.

I would not be altering the diameter of the cast iron pedal....the hole is round so just leave it alone.
Measure the OD of the bush you pushed out....get a bush with similar OD, fit to the pedal, then drill the grease hole through the bush.
If the shaft, the bush runs on, is in good shape, ream the bush ID to suit.
