Hello Farrell
Thanks for your response Will be interesting to see what Hopps1945 comes up with. I seem to recall that something was mentioned on 503 of an Italian guy making repro springs. But I don't know if that ever happened anyway thanks again.
regards Nick

Re: Willys vs Ford Seat Padding
Yes, much of Paulo’s stuff is hand made and well made.
His sister Paula and his one employee are super. I stopped by his shop this past summer during a family holiday in Tuscany and he and his sister gave me a very nice tour of the shop. His jeep is amazing and he drives it to work everyday.
This was the coiled sprung seat “station”...very labour intensive with no automation.
He said he was also investigating getting into producing canvas tops...etc.

FArnell,Farrell Fox wrote: ↑Wed Dec 13, 2017 9:21 amThe same reasons you were kicked off the G503 facebook page, and banned from other pages, and blocked by other vendors, and ignored by other sellers.
I was kicked off the G503 FB page, this is true,,(I think you were a contributing factor)
only because they cant handle any other opinion that differs from their own
as far as vendors blocking me,,the only one to do so, did so because I called him out on some questionable activities in which
I had proof to back up my claim.
ignored by other sellers,,,,probably because the last couple of clowns I have done business off the G were the most dishonorable
sellers I have ever done business with,,,some made promises they have yet to honor,,others are too stupid for their own good to monitor their bank accounts and took well over a week to get off their dead arse and ship my item
I cant help you or others who get butthurt when presented with views other that their own,,(especially when there are facts to back up what I say)
I just call a spade a spade,,its quite simple

Re: Willys vs Ford Seat Padding
Nibs, I installed a NOS GPW Rear Seat Back on my MB, will send you pics so that you can examine GPW Seat Cushion detail. I bought late MB Seat Cushions made by Paolo, they are a 100% duplicate of the late GI Issue MB Front Seat Cushions that I installed new and just removed from my MB. Will share details with you.
