Starter ID Help

Hello.

I've had this starter laying around for some time now and thinking about rebuilding it. Before I spend money on it, I was wondering if anyone has any information on it. What can you tell based on the tag information? I found that it was from 1941 and that's all. Thanks for your help!!!
