A little more, never had issues windshield up or down. I keep it near the speed limit on the highway, panic stops can be shall we say "dicey" under the best circumstances.
Rated tie down straps, 4, I cross them (some don't up to you). Never saw more than one fail and they were always chaffed. I get new, wont use a chaffed hold down.
We use chains on the tracked vehicles with ratchet tensioners.
And make darn sure your tow vehicle is rated for your loaded trailer (nice dually John!) and watch the tongue weight.
My R10 2WD Chevy is what used to be know as a heavy half ton, rated for towing and/or camper insert, I push it loaded with the jeep and trailer.
Next truck will be 3/4 ton.

I was not at the College Station event, but I did make contact with the 6TH Cavalry in Houston during the Veteran's Day Parade. I intend to make the December meeting.
That means you must be somewhat local to me. I did the airshow with the 6th Cav, but missed the parade for the first time in about 5 years.

Here's what I use. It fits my Jeep, MBT and WLA and whatever spares I need with no problem. Jeep fits in with the top up and keeps everything clean and safe. Can also double as a garage if need be. I pull it with a 2011 Ford F-150. I recommend torsion axles for a smoother ride.
