Actually it does not, I remove the starter every couple years out of habit. (only drive 500 miles a year) and give that bearing (WO-639734) 2-3 drops with the jeep oil can. It only takes less than an hour to remove air cleaner and starter and adds life to the starter.

Yes. LO is a common abbreviation for Lubrication Order. At least on the Gee.
