Mid production ?

Post by E-4 Ken » Mon Nov 20, 2017 3:52 pm

My gpw number on the frame is 88898 . I think it is a 1942 ? if it is truly a 42 would it be considered a early or mid production .
thanks , Ken

Hello Ken
Just checking your frame number in John Farleys 'Standardised Wartime Jeep' Book 2 its listed as being a December 1942. So not really classed as Mid production in my opinion. Hope that helps.
regards Nick

I would consider it mid-production...yes.
