WWII Radio Tools?

Post by Mark Tombleson » Fri Nov 17, 2017 7:06 am

I have yet to see any kind of WWII radio repair tool kit?

I'm sure they had them... Robert... or anyone else for that matter, can yet show me a TCS radio repair kit or one on any of the Navy/Army WWII radios?

I have looked for years and just can't seem to find one in a manual?

The Signal Corps had a lot of different designated tool kits. I never thought of it, but I've never seen one for the Navy during either WW-II or Korea. And I know that there were none during the Vietnam war 'cause I attended that one as an ET. When I first checked into OE Division, I inherited a tool box and then over time requisitioned whatever else I needed.
