(1) User name: It is case sensitive. So if your user name is John Doe then john doe won’t cut it. If you just don’t remember how you typed in your user name then go to http://www.g503.com/forums/memberlist.php select the option to sort by username and go though the list till you find yours. If it’s John Doe! Then that’s how you have to type it with the capital J the space capital D and the explanation mark.
(2) Password: If you think you know your password then open up word or note pad and type it in there. Does it show up like you think it should? If so then give it one last try and if it fails click on the little I forgot my password link below the log in button. It will ask for your user name and email address. If you put in the incorrect email address you will get a message that says “The e-mail address you supplied does not match the one listed for that username.” If you can’t get past here it’s time to email an admin for the site to get some help. If you put in the correct user name and email then you will get a message “A new password has been created; please check your e-mail for details on how to activate it.” Check your email, click on the link and you will get “Your account has been re-activated. To log in, please use the password supplied in the e-mail you received.” Go back to the log in screen and log in with the password given in the email.
