Ol SSG Tilton, he said for his AIT FDC training class, the first day, the Sr Instructor had them push a towed 155mm howitzer around the parking lot for two hours. Then after handed them a Plotting Pin. He told them they could either do their job by pushing a cannon around or by pushing plotting pins in a Firing Chart, as motivation to pass their 13E MOS.

As close as possible, assemble a WWII FDC living history expression

I put in a request for info on the Firing Chart over at BraveCannons.org if anybody has the dims for the wood chart base itself or the NSN for the pre-printed grid overlay opague plastic sheet on the rool.

Do you have an arty unit you support or just a separate FDC project?

Thank you. Separate effort. Possibly the FA museum. But they don't have anything "extra" to lend to the effort.

Killing me! I'll ask the museum if they need it.

I'm good with 75 or 105.
