1942 Kangol Wear Limited Maroon Airborne beret

1942 Kangol Wear Limited Maroon Airborne beret, looks unissued no holes for a badge. Thoughts on it being original, reproduction and value. I was at Portland, Oregon's largest garage sale today. I was at this guys booth and he had tons of modern us military stuff, way down on the bottom of the pile I spotted a lone piece of P37 webbing. as I was digging for it I saw the beret and nearly fell over when it was 42 dated.

Too bad a size 6-3/4 won't find on your huge melon!
