Help with WW2 Camoflage Netting

Postby AVG » Sat Feb 20, 2010 1:13 am

I was wondering if there was a standard camo netting used in WW2?
Any photos? I am assuming they used burlap or canvas strips.
Thank you for any input. :D

There was fish net with burlap strips threaded through in random patterns and there was shrimp net w/o any garnishing. Do a search and you will find a link to the appropriate online TM showing what you need to know.

HI Charles -AVG;

Here is a link to my youtube channel of a WWII training film on camouflage.

If the link doesn't work, search signaldepot (one word) on youtube and you'll find it there.

This may answer some questions.
