Minty SKS

Post by Jeep1942 » Wed May 17, 2017 4:05 am

I have a minty Type 56 Chinese SKS I would like to trade or sell for $650 obo. Its built in a smaller less common arsenal 316. I would rate this SKS 9.9/10. I picked this up at a pawn and it came with a new 40rd mag and it still had all the grease and the bayonet and internal but missing original mag. Most likely some kid wanted a poor mans AK and just didn't like it that probably explains why its so new. I put in a New Old Stock magazine which would match the rest of the prestine bluing. This SKS is so minty and tight that I almost have to pry off the hand guard when I dissembled it. I shot this rifle once just to check functionality and it ran fine it just shoots a little high but I don't have the proper sks sight tools and didn't want to bugger up the sight post considering how nice this sks is. I was planning on keeping this sks for storage in grease for a long term and just keeping my old junker sks but I have no need for it anymore. The bore on this gun is prestine and still even had some yellow grease when I First cleaned it. Overall as you can tell in the pictures speak for themselves. You can even notice that this sks has barely ever been taking aparts because the takedown lever has not worn the bluing in the dustcover. As far as trade I'm looking for any type of milsurp rifle as I don't have a particular taste. However I do like antique receiver mosins and mausers. Also like SCW mosins but again i'm open to any milsurp Located in Florida
