Jeff reminded me this is actually an experimental desert canteen.

Many associate it to the Browning MG but not really so and the myth lives on.

I would trade for M1 grenade launcher With 4 prongs or similiar ordnance items of intrest.
Also original ARVN or Special Forces berets from Vietnam era
