Pretty sure he's looking for the launch tube, that item pictured is the missile storage tube, the launch tube is what that missile storage tube slides into to fire the weapon. The launch tubes are made of unobtainium!

Being a TOW owner I can certainly say he's not looking for the expended tube (although handy for the rest of the collection)
He's asking for the launch tube (photo) of which a longer version was used prior to around 1972 or so when they shortened the length of the launch barrel (about a foot+). Earlier systems did not have night sights either.

Nice picture of the long launch tube mounted on a mule. I have the long version on my tow mule. any chance of seeing the rest of the picture?

I googled Raytheon TOW and that earlier Army shot appeared (with a full section of barrel) Here's one after a "early TOW Missile" search.
