8t full low-bed trailer

Hello,

I have the posibility to buy a trailer.
It needs full refurbishing, and all electricals and pneumatics (for the brakes) are missing.
Also the dolly is missing.

It looks like a Fruehauf CPT-8 but I don't think it's a Fruehauf trailer.
Anybody has an idea what this can be?
