As the title says, I want to buy a G518 G527-Ben Hur trailer lunette casting and landing wheel.

I understand that a vendor who attends the MTA swapmeet sometimes has these, but would appreciate any and all leads.

Thanks for your reply. Pics would be good. I found one online, that I'm pretty sure will fit the Ben Hur casting. Its $100, with another $50 for shipping. Do you know for sure if yours is a Ben Hur lunette, or that it will fit? I'd like to see pics of yours before I pop for the one online...

Hi Kirk,

I have what I believe is a complete Ben Hur lunette and chains/hooks. See pictures. I'm willing to exchange for same parts for a July 1943 Willys MBT 1/4t Jeep trailer.

Trailer is presently under restoration in southern Holland.

The landing leg is all wrong, but it appears that the swivel is there. I have contacted a seller that I think has the parts you need, and asked for pics. I am really woried about what the shipping is likely to cost, which will be over and above the cost of buying the lunette, casting and leg that you're after....
