Not much out there. Some 105 carriages. No barrels or breeches. Seen some nice pieces in Europe but hard to get home in one piece. Will need special breech glue and barrel filler to fix that. Think I still have the address. Send me PM

Jack.

If your gun doesn't leak oil, it's time for a bigger gun.

I have a live ATF registered French 70mm M1913 Mountain Howitzer for sale for $16,000 USD. Will also trade for other artillery pieces or related items (see specific list below). I am rebuilding a German Export 75mm M1881. As is, I would sell it for $23,000. This 75mm is pre-1898, so does not require registration:

http://www.lovettartillery.com/70mm_St_ ... itzer.html

http://www.lovettartillery.com/7,5cm_Ka ... t_Gun.html

Pieces I am looking for include:

French 75mm mle/97 sight mount
French service limber for the 75mm mle/97 (not the US M1918 Limber)
German 15cm sFH 02 sight mount
German 5cm PAK 38
US Escort Wagon
German Army WWI Era Horse Drawn wagons, limbers, and caissons
German 8,8cm L/30 direct fire sight
German 9cm C/1873 direct fire sight
French/Belgium/ Guatemalan 70mm Saint Chamond M1913 panoramic sight

I realize this is an old post but I see that Ralph is looking for horse drawn wagons. I recently bought this last summer and have decided not to keep it. I was told that it is an 1876 1 ton army troop transport that was pulled by 8 horses. I believe it to be an Escort Wagon of a later date though due to the iron hubs. If anybody else might have more information about this or may be interested in it please let me know. This was used by reinactors about 25 years ago in which is was olive drab at that time. I can send more pics or answer any questions . PM me would be best as I don't check this often. Or you can call me at 262-705-9333.
