FS- M3 37mm towed live gun $24.5K changes to Bumped Ad

READ CAREFULLY - terms have been added and changed from ealier post. This M3A1 37MM anti-tank gun needs nothing and is complete with leather telescopic sight holder and telescopic sight. LISTED earlier but price and ship and options different. New tires, new paint, full restoration, blued block and internal parts and loading handle. Nice rifled barrel, brass wheel bearing caps and proper firing cable and shield. Will sell as a live gun and ship carriage without the ring immediately $24.5K. Or keep intact until Form 4 is signed off. Included in sale is 6 serviceable shooter 37mm cases (need resizing but don’t they all!) Class III item requires transfer to you through a dealer and it is on a FORM 4. I will pay for ONE TRANSFER TAX; you pay for your own in your state of residence. MORE PHOTOS FOR A PM. Sale includes an original jug of 'super slow' powder from Red Dog TS to live gun buyer but not to the carriage only buyer. Will consider delivery within 500 miles for expenses. Might deliver to PLEASANTON MVPA SHOW (W/O RING; ring must go through your dealer and mine - all NFA Rules Apply) for costs. Please NO TIRE KICKERS OR LOW-BALLERS; everyone knows what they are worth these days and there are no free lunches Virginia.
NOTE: While I am offering this piece for sale with the possibility of splitting the ring from the tube and carriage - I WILL NOT SELL ANYTHING OFF THE GUN UNLESS THE CARRIAGE SELLS FIRST WITHOUT THE RING OR TUBE. IF I HAVE TO SPLIT THE GUN UP I WILL CHARGE MORE FOR THE COMPONENT PIECES THAN THE GUN COMPLETE.....I DON'T NEED ANY MORE PROJECTS! :D
