37mm Rotating Band - does anyone re-do these?

Post by Quest Master » Thu Mar 20, 2014 5:00 am

Just wondering, probably applies to the shooters out there...does anyone re-do the rotating bands on 37mm WWII U.S. projectiles?
If so, how much does it cost?
Thanks,
Van

The equipment is out there. Need a hydraulic crimper with a 1.5 inch diameter die. The band then would have to be turned to size. I would estimate the cost at $50-$100 per round.
