This was re-used by the RAD for medical supplies. Under the Arztlicht im Versucht stamp is metal stampings but I can't read them. What was this for originally? It is not for sale. Thanks!

They look like USN Ammo Boxes! Could be movie or TV Show marked. pdqf

Ditto USN, here's a photo of the older and newer versions. Lids different but look at the box latches, etc.

Yes, believe 20mm box. Stamped SMALL ARMS AMMO, BOX MK1 MOD 0 and US at bottom of this picture. Should be anchor between US.
