WTK M26 & M28 Fuze Setters

Post by MAVERICK » Fri Nov 01, 2013 11:37 am

Hi All,
A friend of mine has been offered to buy a M28 Fuze setter, He only collects WW2 stuff and he has asked when did they start using the M28, he thinks its post WW2 and the M26 was used during WW2, I've never really thought about it as I collect Artillery items from WW2, Korea and Vietnam so I have them both.

Any ideas ????

Thanks
Regards

I suspect they are both post war as neither appear in the 1948 TM9-575 but the M26 does appear in the 1949 TM9-2300.

Thanks for that, Ive got a TM dated 1958 and it shows the M28, I'll keep looking through the other manuals I have and see what I can find.
