Hello,
Just wondering if anyone has seen this cab configuration before? It is titled as a 1943 CCKW 353. Looks to be an open cab with an arctic kit maybe. But does not have the U-shape on the bottom that you have to step over while getting in or out of the truck. It has US NAVY 96-06323 FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY on the side of the doors. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Brian

It is not the enclosure Kit that is listed in the SNL's. The Army issue Enclosure Kit has doors that are configured to the Open Cab sides and has only one rear window. This appears to be a well made cab of local manufacture. Note the crude sheet metal work over the windshield.
